Welcome to the Bassett Creek Valley Buzz, the project web site for the Bassett Creek Valley Redevelopment Master Plan study. The Buzz is sponsored by the Bassett Creek Valley Redevelopment Oversight Committee (BCV ROC), a committee of Bryn-Mawr and Harrison neighborhood residents and business owners who will provide direction to the consultant team during the Master Plan study.

Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc leads the Redevelopment Master Plan consultant team. Others on the team are SRF Consulting Group, Braun Intertec, Biko Associates, and Ryan Companies.

The Buzz will be maintained throughout the Redevelopment Master Plan study to ensure that community members will have instant access to the most up-to-date information about redevelopment planning for Bassett Creek Valley. Project newsletters, which will be published four times during the study, will be posted, as will analysis findings and planning and design concepts.
